At Serenity, our skin and wellness clinic in Worcestershire, we prioritize our team's growth and development. We have a 3 stage application process which is based around us getting to know each other, you can see the details of these stages below and we have provided some applicants details to help you if you get through to an interview stage.
Stage 1
You can submit your expression of interest at any time with an application form right here:
Stage 2
If you are invited for an interview we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to meet at the salon. You will be interviewed by the salon owner and salon manager.
We ask that you bring all certificates to this interview.
Stage 3
If you are successful in your interview, You will be invited back where you will perform two treatments and have a second interview. You will get to meet the team and take this opportunity to ask any questions! Before your second interview you will be asked to fill out the quiz below.

Malvern Serenity was formed from The Beauty Pad.
The Beauty Pad, which was run by Cymone was awarded Beauty Salon of the year, and Cymone was accredited with Entrepreneur of the Year and Beauty Therapist of the year in 2017 and 2018. She brings her expertise and passion to Malvern Serenity.
We pride ourselves in top quality treatments to ensure that all clients leave feeling happy with the services we provide. We always invest in the latest machine and products to be on top of the beauty trends.
The Beauty Pad was created on a strong and solid set of values which have been carried over to Malvern Serenity. Not only have these values been used to recruit a strong and like minded team, but they are at the heart of everything that we do.

The team are expected to act as just that, a team, we all muck in and help with jobs in the salon, take turns to do tea runs and support each other to make each day the best and smoothest it can be. Personal development it taken seriously with personal development plans in place for each member of the team, training opportunities both in the salon and externally to enhance and expand skillset, and we regularly have team meetings to discuss ideas.
As a team we have the ethos that if one person is running late in a treatment, we will all muck in to help so we are all a few minutes late leaving rather than one person feeling the brunt.
Honesty and integrity is at the core of what we do, and that runs through the team whether it be giving each other feedback on treatments, talking to management about improvements, or simply being honest about something that didn’t go to plan. We work together and pull together helping with anything that comes up, and celebrating all successes as a team.
All members of the team help around the salon with cleaning, setting up, closing down, general organisation and on reception so we equip everyone with a range of skills.
