Anti-Wrinkle Injections

1. What is Botox and how does it work?

Botox is a purified protein that temporarily relaxes specific facial muscles. It works by blocking nerve signals to the muscles, helping reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles—especially on the forehead, frown lines, and around the eyes.

2. Is the treatment painful?

Most clients experience minimal discomfort. The injections are done with a very fine needle and feel like a quick pinch. The entire procedure typically takes less than 30 minutes.

3. How long does it take to see results?

You may begin to notice results within 3–5 days, but full effects typically develop after 10–14 days. Results vary slightly depending on the area treated and individual response. A top up treatment is required 14 days after your initial treatmennt.

4. How long does Botox last?

Results usually last around 3 to 4 months. With regular treatments, some clients notice results lasting longer as muscles become trained to relax.

5. Will my face look ‘frozen’ or unnatural?

Not at all. When administered correctly by a trained professional, Botox gives a natural, refreshed appearance. You’ll still be able to express yourself—just with fewer lines and creases.

6. Is there any downtime after Botox?

There’s no significant downtime. You may experience slight redness or swelling at the injection site, which usually subsides within an hour. You can return to most daily activities right away, but we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, or lying flat for 4–6 hours after your treatment.
